1. OVERVIEW

This Cancellation & No Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the cancellation procedures and financial obligations associated with the use of services provided by Tapin Global, LLC dba Tap-In (“Tap-In,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in, paying for, or using Tap-In’s services, the user (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms set forth herein.

2. CANCELLATION DEADLINES & PAYMENT TIMING

  • All payments for coverage are processed at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) the night prior to the scheduled service day.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing no later than 8:00 PM PST on the day the payment is scheduled to process.
  • Requests received after 8:00 PM PST will not stop the charge for the upcoming coverage day, and no refund will be issued.
  • Tap-In is not responsible for reminders or failure to submit timely cancellation.

3. NO REFUNDS POLICY

Tap-In enforces a strict no-refund policy under all of the following conditions:

  • Same-day cancellations or late submissions after 8:00 PM PST
  • Missed service days or partial usage of services
  • Termination due to user misconduct or intoxication
  • Any emergency or standby coordination, whether or not activated
  • Any service involving pre-deployment of Tap-In personnel or devices

Refunds will not be granted under any circumstance outside of the rare exceptions explicitly stated in Tap-In’s Terms of Service.

4. EQUIPMENT RETURN & LIABILITY

  • In the event of a cancellation, Tap-In reserves the right to retrieve any issued tracking or service equipment.
  • Users are strictly liable to return all Tap-In equipment (e.g., trackers) in working condition.
  • If equipment is not returned within the designated timeframe, the User will be automatically charged $150 USD per unreturned unit.
  • Non-return does not constitute a valid cancellation and does not exempt the User from device liability.

5. USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering for Tap-In services, the User affirms and agrees to abide by this Cancellation & No Refund Policy in full. Continued use of the services shall  constitute acknowledgment and agreement to the most current version of this Policy.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through mandatory mediation and binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. Users waive the right to bring claims in any other forum.
